I went on a walk in my neighborhood yesterday for May Day. We are all still in Covid-19 lockdown but hopefully making the best of it.
I also clipped roses from my garden as well as reverse engineered a Garbanzo Salad – from a salad I used to buy and love at the Studio City, Farmers Market in LA. (Back when we could gather in groups)!

I did a color treatment to this shot which took it from a warm green, sunny glow, to this much cooler color-grading. It now hints at a B&W, but not totally. It gives the shot grittiness and an interesting point of view. (No one would have captioned the ’sunny’ shot like that.)
ive been busy with clients and building up this website, so I didn’t have time to carve a pumpkin 🎃 But here’s last years.

Today I had lunch with my dear friend of 30+ years and visited one of my favorite bosses at Warner Bros. After lunch, it was such a beautiful day that I decided to walk around a bit before leaving…
This crisp fall morning 102518, had me in the mood for hard boiled eggs🥚, bacon🥓, and fresh ground Peet’s French roast coffee ☕️. ~ Boy, did it hit the spot!
I had a business meeting on Saturday 102018 in Toluca Lake at my favorite breakfast restaurant, called Aeirloom Bakery. I took a picture of my cappuccino and eggs with feta, mushrooms, spinach, toast, fruit and bacon. Delicious.
Went on a wonderful beautiful hike with my friend Christy up to the Griffith Park Observatory in Los Angeles Saturday 102018. I took pictures of the observatory and the woodpeckers in a tree and downtown Los Angeles in the distance. It was fantastic!
